Our Story
We’re Josh and Cayce Fletcher—husband and wife, parents, makers, and believers in building a life around what matters.
Josh brings years of hands-on expertise in woodworking, design, and CNC craftsmanship. Cayce brings her background in education, eye for style, and a deep love for creating spaces where families can slow down and connect.
Together, we started Fletcher Design Co. with a simple goal: to create pieces that reflect the story of a home, not just fill the space. We work out of our family shop in Upstate South Carolina with a small, dedicated team who cares deeply about craftsmanship and customer experience.
We’re not a big-box brand—and we don’t want to be. Every design is made with care, precision, and the belief that good design should serve your life.
